🔄 No Returns or Exchanges

Once an item has been purchased, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. This applies regardless of whether the product has been used, opened, or is in brand-new condition. Please double-check your order details prior to checkout.

🚫 No Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as soon as they're placed. For this reason, we cannot cancel or modify orders once submitted.

📦 Shipping Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

PocketPulse is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and ensure a secure delivery location.

⚠️ Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement will be issued. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed under any condition.
